SALES ENGINEER
Indelac Controls, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team located in Florence, KY!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales and market share.
- Provide technical support to clients by understanding their applications and recommending appropriate actuator solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the benefits and features of our electric actuators.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to relay client feedback and improve product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related Field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the electric actuator or valve industry.
- Strong understanding of valve and damper applications and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose value-added solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the United States for client meetings and site visits.

Material Handler
We are looking for a Material Plugger and Taper to help organize our storage areas and maintain our inventory. Your job will be to prepare and fulfill orders fast and correctly so we can provide high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for paint coating
Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Organize our storage areas and maintain our inventory
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
Ability to operate a soldering Iron
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a growing business
Ability to read a blue print
Understand and follows Safety Policies
Attention to detail to maintain accurate records
Compensation: Starting rate is $17.00 Dollars a hour.

Work Schedule will be from 7AM - 3:30PM, M- F.
