Mult-Turn Actuator

Multi-turn valve control is one of ICI’s best-kept secrets.  Not many of our clients are aware of the fact that we offer a multi-turn feature that can be installed in many of our standard quarter turn electric actuators converting them into gate and globe valve control actuators.

Linear Products

ICI’s electric linear actuators are high quality, heavy duty machines designed for control valve automation.  They are recommended for applications ranging from on/off to modulating process control.  Indelac’s linear actuators utilize precision ball screw technology to convert rotary motion to linear travel.  The ball screw efficiently (>90%) converts rotary power (torque) to linear force in pounds thrust.  Our ball screw drive system offers the most cost effective combination of speed, accuracy, efficiency, position repeatability and quite operation available on today’s valve automation equipment.

ICI’s linear actuators are available in many voltages from 12Vdc to 230Vac-1 Ph.  They are available in direct drive as well as spring return versions.  The unique clutch/ball screw technology on our spring return models assures positive shut off regardless of valve position when power is lost.

Mounting Hardware/Linkage Kits

Indelac’s linkage kits are manufactured from 300 series stainless steel and all fasteners provided are also 300 series stainless steel.  These kits are manufactured on precision machine tools assuring perfect alignment between valve and actuator on every kit.
