We have 23 employees, three of which are part time. Being a small company, every employee plays a vital role in ICI’s success. Every employee realizes their importance and takes great pride in the products we manufacture.
Larry Robinson
President

Mr. Robinson has over 40 years experience in mechanical engineering and over 24
years experience in electric actuators and valve/damper automation industry. His
experience ranges from vice president and chief engineer of a major pump company,
product manager for a renowned valve manufacturer and proposal engineer for a major
machine tool manufacturer. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Ohio
Mechanic Institute, a division of the University of Cincinnati, and is a member of
ISA and ASME.
Debbie Voges
National Sales Director

Ms. Debbie Voges has over 25 years experience in manufacturing including production
supervisor and plant manager. She obtained a bachelor degree in business management
in 1980 from Northern Kentucky University. Debbie joined ICI's team in 1991 as a
lead assembler and was quickly promoted to the shop supervisor position. Her extensive
knowledge of the manufacturing process, machining, assembling, quality control and
customer service made the move to National Sales Manager in 2004 an easy transition.
Robert Janes
Purchasing Manager

Mr. Robert Janes is the purchasing agent for Indelac Control, Inc. His assets include
prior “hands-on” warehouse and inventory control experience, coupled with over 25
years in purchasing and a common sense approach for getting the job done. With a
degree in Business with majors in both programming and accounting, and a diploma
from MIT Technical College for Computer Programming, Janes can use the latest technical
products available to the advantage of the company.
Bill Robinson
Production Supervisor

Mr. Bill Robinson has over 15 years experience in the sales and service division
of Indelac Controls, Inc. He attended Northern Kentucky University and has three
years service with the U.S. Army in the 82nd Airborne Division. Bill was sales and
service manager for 11 years and in January 2004, took on the responsibilities
of Production Supervisor.
Kelley Carter
Director of Accounting

Ms. Kelley Carter graduated from the University of Cincinnati in June 1990 with a Bachelor's
degree and has been in some form of sales since. Her experience ranges from
medical, pharmaceutical, home infusion, home health and valve automation sales.
Kelley began her career with Indelac Controls in 1998 performing inside and outside
sales, as well as customer service. Her most recent responsibilities encompass internal
accounting and software support.
Malissa Mullins
Director of Logistics

Ms. Malissa Mullins has been with Indelac Controls, Inc. since January 1999. Her responsibilities
include receptionist, switchboard, customer order entry, invoicing, preparation
of shipping documents, customer service and filing.
Bob Kramer
Returns, Repairs and Customers Service

Mr. Bob Kramer joined Indelac Controls in December 2005. Prior to becoming part of the Indelac
team, his occupation was in the airline industry. Having worked for a major carrier
for 30+ years in all positions from baggage handler to ticket agent and on to several
managerial positions, he decided it was time to experience a new career. With his
acquired knowledge of good customer service and the desire to "work with my hands,"
he has easily made the transition to the position of Customer Service - returns
and repairs.
Matthew Robinson

Mr. Matt Robinson has been working with Indelac in smaller roles ever since he was cutting wires with his father, Larry Robinson, when he started Indelac in their small garage back in 1986. Matt has recently received a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing and corporate communications from Eastern Kentucky University, and a Bachelor's degree in international business from Avans Hogeschool, the #1 International Business School in the Netherlands. Matt is currently leading Indelac’s international expansion efforts in Europe, Asia, Australia and other markets around the world.
Jason Robinson

Jason has been working in the family business since 2001. Over these 10 years, he has gotten a feel for the family business by taking part in almost every aspect of the company, from sweeping floors to designing products. He is now working to expand Indelac’s product line by bringing the business into the pneumatic market with the new IP-Series of actuators.
